Limitations on Eligibility/Availability of Contest:
This Contest is void where prohibited by applicable law. The Contest and the offer to participate therein are made only within the United States and only to legal residents thereof and are governed by the applicable laws of the State of Georgia.

Eligibility:
Char-Broil Big Easy Thanksgiving Contest is open only to legal residents of the fifty (50) United States (including District of Columbia) who are at least eighteen (18) years old at the time of entry. The Big Easy Thanksgiving Contest, is subject to all applicable federal, state and local laws and regulations. Participation in the Big Easy Thanksgiving Contest constitutes entrant's full and unconditional agreement to these Official Rules and Sponsor's decisions, which are final and binding in all matters related to the Contest. Winning a prize is contingent upon fulfilling all requirements set forth herein. Winner is not required to be present to collect prize.

Employees of the Sponsor, Char-Broil, its parent company, subsidiaries and affiliated businesses and their advertising and promotion agencies and their immediate families (parents, brothers, sisters and children) are not eligible to enter or win.

Timing:
The Big Easy Thanksgiving Contest begins on November 3, 2008 and ends on December 18, 2008. Contest entries bearing a date stamp after such time will not be eligible to participate in the Contest.

How to Enter:
To enter, complete the Official Big Easy Thanksgiving Contest Online Entry Form, providing your first and last name, valid email address, city, state, and day time telephone number. The valid email address together with the first and last name provided when registering will be the identity of the entrant and, if selected for a prize, the identity of the winner. No copies, facsimiles or mechanical reproductions of entries shall be accepted.

There is no limit of entries per person. If an entrant submits multiple entries, however, only one entry may win. All entries become the sole property of the Sponsor and receipt of entries will not be acknowledged or returned. Delivery of prizes will require a street address (no P.O. Boxes) and telephone number for shipping. Sponsor is not responsible for lost, late, incomplete, invalid, unintelligible, or misdirected entries, which will be disqualified. Only fully completed entry forms are eligible.

Prizes:
At each selection, five (5) winners shall receive a Char-Broil® The Big Easy® Oil-less Infrared Turkey Fryer. The Big Easy has a retail value of $159.99. One (1) of those winners will receive a Big Easy Accessory Package with a retail value of over $70. Twenty-five (25) winners will receive a Char-Broil EVERYBODY GRILLS®! Cookbook valued at $24.95 along with a $20 Butterball Turkey Gift Check. All prizes will be shipped to Winner by Sponsor. No substitutions (including for cash) are permitted, except that the Sponsor reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater monetary value. All prizes won by minors will be awarded to their parents or legal guardians on their behalf. Winners shall be responsible and liable for all federal, state and local taxes on the value of their prize which Sponsor will report to the Internal Revenue Service by filing an IRS Form 1099 reflecting such value. To receive a complete list of winners or a copy of the Official Contest Rules, send a self-addressed stamped envelope to Big Easy Thanksgiving Contest, c/o Char-Broil, L.L.C., P.O. Box 1240, Columbus, GA 31902-1240. Specify whether you would like to receive a winner's list or rules on your request. Sponsor is not responsible if any prize cannot be awarded due to Acts of God, Acts of War, natural disasters, weather or terrorism. Entrants who do not comply with these Official Rules, or attempt to interfere with this promotion in any way shall be disqualified. Prizes are non-transferable.

Selection:
Selection from eligible entries will take place on November 21, 2008 and December 19, 2008. Thirty (30) winners will be selected from all entrants on each date. Odds of winning a prize depend on the number of eligible entries received for consideration at an event. If a winner declines to accept a prize, or in the event that a prize or prize notification is returned as undelivered, the winner will be disqualified and the Sponsor may elect, at its own discretion, to select an alternate winner. Each selection will be conducted under the supervision of the Sponsor. The decisions of the Sponsor are final and binding in all matters relating to the Contest.

Notification:
Winners will be notified by email or telephone within ten (10) days of each selection. All winners will be required to sign and return, where legal, an Affidavit of Eligibility and Liability/Publicity Release within fourteen (14) days of prize notification. If Winner cannot be contacted, if any prize or prize notification is returned as undeliverable, or in the event of noncompliance with these Official Contest Rules and requirements, the prize will be forfeited and an alternate winner will be selected. Upon prize forfeiture, no compensation will be given. Limit one prize per person or household.

General Conditions and Releases:
An entrant or winner may be disqualified from the Contest if he or she fails to comply with each provision of these Official Contest Rules, as determined in the sole discretion of the Sponsor.

Unless prohibited by applicable law, entry constitutes permission to use an entrant's name, likeness, voice, address (city and state) and testimonials in all media, in perpetuity, in any manner Sponsor deems appropriate for publicity purposes without any further compensation to such entrant. By entering or accepting a prize in the Contest, winners agree to be bound by these Official Contest Rules and to conform to all federal, state and local laws land regulations. Winner will be required to sign an Affidavit certifying their eligibility, furnishing proof of identity, address, birth date and social security number, and confirming their acceptance of the obligations described in these Official Contest Rules in order to receive a prize.

By entering, an entrant agrees to release and hold harmless the Sponsor and its parent, subsidiary and affiliated entities; directors, officers, employees, attorneys, agents and representatives from any damage, injury, death, loss, claim, action, demand, or other liability (collectively Claims) that may arise from their acceptance, possession and/or use of any prize or their participation in this promotion, or from any misuse or malfunction of any prize awarded, regardless of whether such Claims, or knowledge of the facts constituting such Claims, exist at the time of entry or arise at any time thereafter. Any person attempting to defraud or in any way tamper with this Contest will be ineligible for prizes and may be prosecuted to the full extent of the law. Sponsor reserves the right to modify the rules of the Contest in any way or at any time

Disputes:
Each entrant agrees that (1) any and all disputes, claims and causes of action arising out of or in connection with this Contest, or any prizes awarded, shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action, and any judicial proceeding shall take place in a federal or state court within the State of Georgia (2) any and all claims, judgments, and awards shall be limited to out-of-pocket costs incurred, including costs associated with entering this Contest, but shall in no event include attorney̓s fees, and (3) under no circumstances will entrant be permitted to obtain awards for, and entrant hereby waives all rights to claim, punitive, incidental and consequential damages, and any other damages, other than for actual out-of-pocket expenses and any and all rights to have damages multiplied or otherwise increased. All issues and questions concerning the construction, validity, interpretation and enforceability of these Official Contest Rules, or the rights and obligations of entrant and Sponsor in connection with the Contest, shall be governed by, and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Georgia, without giving effect to any choice of law or conflict of law rules or provisions that would cause the application of the laws of any jurisdiction other than the State of Georgia.

Additional Terms:
Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to cancel, terminate, modify, or suspend this Contest should (in its sole discretion) virus, bugs, non-authorized human intervention or other causes beyond its control corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness or proper conduct of the Contest. In such case, Sponsor will select the winner from all eligible entries received prior to and/or after (if appropriate) the action taken by Sponsor. Sponsor reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to disqualify any individual it finds, in its sole discretion, to be tampering with the entry process or the operation of the Contest. Additionally, Sponsor reserves the right to prosecute any fraudulent activities to the full extent of the law.
